Refund & Returns Policy

At STUDIO ADINE, each garment is crafted with intention, precision, and careful attention to detail. As an independent studio, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, sizing, or general fit preferences.
Many of our pieces are made to order. We kindly ask that you select your size, colour, and style thoughtfully before completing your purchase.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the concern. Our team will assess the issue, and if the garment is deemed faulty, we will remake the piece and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
For an assessment to proceed, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
Please note
As we are based in Indonesia, we cannot receive returned goods due to strict import regulations and high duty fees.

• Customs duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable through STUDIO ADINE. Your local customs office may be able to advise further.

• Return shipping costs (if requested for assessment) are not reimbursed.
